ZimVie is seeking an HR Generalist to support the Italian team within our global life sciences company. You will manage HR from hire to retire, onboard new staff, coordinate training, payroll with outside providers, and ensure compliance with Italian labor law.

Work is hybrid (2 days remote) with a one-year contract and a competitive compensation package. Fluent Italian and English, 3–5 years HR experience, and a degree in HR or related field are required.

Formación

• BA or master’s degree in HR or similar.
• Min. 3–5 years of HR experience in an international company.
• Experience supporting HR processes for Italy.
• Fluent Italian and English required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage HR for Italian team from hire to retire.
• Recruit in Italy and develop local recruitment strategy.
• Onboard new hires and ensure good integration.
• Coordinate annual training and development plan.
• Support payroll with external provider and ensure timely processing.
• Maintain accurate team member files and HR documentation.
• Participate in local and global HR projects.
