Job summary

Hexagon Infrastructure & Geospatial is seeking an HR Administration Specialist to join the Global Business Services Center in a hybrid role. You will provide HR administration for Italy and support other European countries, helping manage onboarding, changes, offboarding, and payroll data while ensuring compliance and timely documentation.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in HR administration, knowledge of Italian processes, SAP HCM experience, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset to drive

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a similar HR Administration role supporting Italy.
• Good knowledge of Italian employment administration processes and employee lifecycle activities.
• Experience with SAP HCM or other HR systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Analytical, proactive and adaptable mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication, collaboration and customer service skills.
• Interest in working in a project-driven environment and contributing to HR transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR administration support primarily for Italy, while also supporting other European countries as required, such as the UK and France.
• Manage employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding, employee changes and offboarding, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee master data in HCM systems and prepare HR documentation, including contracts, confirmations, reference letters and other employee-related documents.
• Support employees with documentation and administrative requirements related to international travel.
• Manage employee attendance records, ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-up on discrepancies.
• Collaborate closely with Payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee data and payroll-related changes.
• Collaborate with employees, HR teams, external providers, Finance and other stakeholders to deliver timely and high-quality HR services in line with agreed service levels.
• Prepare recurring and ad-hoc HR reports and ensure compliance with global processes and local requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, efficiency and service quality. Contribute to HR projects, transformation initiatives and continuous improvement activities across the organization.
