Join us on our exciting journey! We are looking for a passionate Healthcare Professional Relations Agent with a native/bilingual level of Italian to join us at our Madrid Production Hub office! The primary focus of the role will be to ensure smooth fieldwork execution for healthcare market research projects. If you want to play a key role in a multicultural, dynamic and committed team this could be the role for you!

Essential Functions

• Recruit target doctors and follow‑up on their participation in market research studies via phone and email.
• Take needed actions to invite and follow‑up HCPs to ensure study progress as per given deadlines.
• Increase doctor’s engagement.
• Promote HCP collaboration in market research studies based on established standards.
• Initiate follow‑up calls with HCPs to achieve maximum rate of return or additional information.
• Take care of customer service with HCPs.
• Utilize internal platforms and digital tools to manage outreach, track participation, and ensure accurate data entry and monitoring of fieldwork status.
• Interpret and leverage data dashboards/reports to identify bottlenecks, prioritize actions, and improve engagement strategies.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of platform‑driven workflows by sharing insights and suggesting optimizations based on data trends and operational feedback.
• Continuously adapt communication strategies with HCPs across projects and platforms.
• Effectively work and communicate with a multi‑cultural and cross‑functional team.
