Job summary

Solo Talento is seeking an HR Generalist to join a leading multinational pharmaceutical company in Barcelona on a 12-month temporary contract. You will engage closely with employees and managers and manage a broad range of HR topics in a dynamic, international environment.

Key duties include acting as HR point of contact, managing the full employee lifecycle, supporting recruitment and onboarding, driving performance and development initiatives, and ensuring compliance with Spanish labour

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labour Relations, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role in a multinational environment.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

At Solo Talento, we are looking for an HR Generalist to join a leading multinational company within the pharmaceutical industry for a 12-month temporary contract based in Barcelona.

We are looking for a hands-on HR professional who enjoys working closely with employees and managers and is comfortable managing a broad range of HR topics in a dynamic, international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a key HR point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on day-to-day people matters.
• Manage and support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contractual changes, internal movements and offboarding.
• Coordinate HR administration and ensure employee information and documentation are accurate and up to date.
• Support recruitment and onboarding activities in collaboration with hiring managers.
• Participate in performance management, talent development and employee engagement initiatives.
• Support compensation, benefits and payroll-related processes.
• Provide guidance on employee relations and Spanish labour regulations.
• Prepare and monitor relevant HR reports and KPIs.
• Participate in local and international HR projects, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes.

What Are We Looking For?

• University degree in Human Resources, Labour Relations, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role, preferably within a multinational environment.
• Good knowledge of Spanish labour legislation.
• Experience across different areas of the employee lifecycle.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, hands-on and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced and international environment.
• Fluent Spanish and English.
• Previous experience within the pharmaceutical, healthcare or life sciences industry will be highly valued.
