COREcruitment Ltd is seeking a Head of HR for a hospitality-related company in Barcelona, Spain. You will lead and scale the People function, defining a forward-thinking strategy and overseeing Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience, and People Operations.

The role requires 6+ years in a Head of People role, startup/scale-up background, strong leadership and data-driven mindset, and fluency in English and Spanish. You report to the Executive Team and shape culture across the organization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Head of People experience with direct reports.
• Startup/scale-up experience, Series B–C preferred.
• Ability to build and execute People strategies.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strategic, data-driven, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.

Salary: €80,000-€100,000 gross per year + benefits

For our esteemed client, a hospitality-related company, we are seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of HR to lead and scale our People function. You’ll define and execute a forward-thinking People strategy aligned with business goals, while overseeing Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience, and People Operations.

As a key leadership figure, you’ll shape our culture, strengthen leadership capabilities, and drive engagement and performance across the organization. Reporting directly to the Executive Team, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to business leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a scalable People strategy aligned with business objectives.
