Solo Talento is seeking an HR Generalist to join a leading multinational pharmaceutical company in Barcelona on a 12-month temporary contract. You will engage closely with employees and managers and manage a broad range of HR topics in a dynamic, international environment.

Key duties include acting as HR point of contact, managing the full employee lifecycle, supporting recruitment and onboarding, driving performance and development initiatives, and ensuring compliance with Spanish labour

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labour Relations, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role in a multinational environment.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsabilités

• Act as HR point of contact for employees and managers.
• Manage full employee lifecycle: onboarding, changes, movements, offboarding.
• Coordinate HR administration and keep employee information up to date.
• Support recruitment and onboarding with hiring managers.
• Participate in performance management, talent development and employee engagement initiatives.
• Support compensation, benefits and payroll-related processes.
• Provide guidance on employee relations and Spanish labour regulations.
• Prepare and monitor HR reports and KPIs.
• Participate in local and international HR projects.
