QbD Group is seeking a Human Resources Trainee to support in creating and describing the company's profiles, publish vacancies, screen CVs, contact and interview candidates, and assist in searching international profiles. You will manage vacancy databases and help onboard new employees, contributing to training and HR quality in Barcelona.

Formación

• Degree in Psychology, Law, or Labour Relations (completed or in progress).
• Postgraduate degree in HR desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Support in the definition and description of the company's profiles.
• Publication of job vacancies and CV screening.
• Contacting and checking candidates by phone, personal interviews and placement tests.
• Support in the direct search for international profiles.
• Database management and follow-up of vacancies.
• Support in onboarding and monitoring the first months of new employees in the company.
• Support in the management of the training of our employees and associates.
• Support in the quality area of the HR department in Barcelona.

What you bring

• Degree in Psychology, Law, Labour Relations (completed or in process). Postgraduate degree in HR desirable.
• Minimum level of English C1
• Ability to organise and be autonomous
• Motivation, enthusiasm and positive attitude
• Must be able to sign a university agreement
