Job summary

honei, a Barcelona-based restaurant payments platform serving hundreds of restaurant clients across Spain, is seeking a hands-on Marketing Lead. You will design and execute a 12‑month marketing plan, align with the CEO, and drive growth across channels.

You’ll own demand generation end-to-end, manage paid channels and the external agency, and lead organic content and lead magnets. You’ll shape industry events, coordinate with product and sales, and build a scalable marketing team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B marketing at fast‑growing SaaS/fintech startups.
• Track record of building or scaling demand generation engines.
• Experience leading agencies and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead honei’s marketing strategy: design and execute a 12‑month plan, prioritize channels, and track KPIs.
• Own demand generation from top‑of‑funnel to demo activation.
• Manage and scale paid channels: direct agency work, budget decisions, and channel expansion.
• Oversee organic content and lead magnets: industry content strategy and LinkedIn presence.
• Plan industry events: HIP and others, with Creative Lead on concept and production.
• Align with product and sales on positioning, pricing, launches, and lead quality.
• Build and scale the marketing team: define hiring plan and mix of in‑house/external resources.
