haddock is building the AI Workforce for restaurants and is expanding across Europe from its Poblenou, Barcelona office. The company seeks a marketing leader who can own the category, shape the narrative, and turn it into revenue in a fast-growth environment.

You will lead brand and performance, manage multi-million budgets, and collaborate with Product, Sales, CX and founders to align narrative and growth in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Marketing / GTM leadership in SaaS or tech.
• Experience scaling from €10M to €100M+ (or similar high-growth environments).
• Proven track record owning both brand and performance.
• Strong storytelling skills to explain novel concepts clearly.

Responsabilités

• Own haddock’s positioning and narrative: from system of record to AI workforce.
• Build a category-defining brand in Europe.
• Drive pipeline and revenue, not just awareness.
• Design and execute GTM strategies across markets and products.
• Turn product innovation into clear, compelling storytelling.
• Lead and scale a high-performing marketing team.
• Manage multi-million € budgets with a strong ROI mindset.
• Work closely with Product, Sales, CX and founders to align narrative and growth.
