Moniepoint Inc. in Spain seeks a Head of Engineering, Supply Chain to steer the backend systems behind inventory, logistics and repair workflows for millions of devices. You will lead a distributed team, set technical direction, and ensure data integrity across borders.

You will own platform architecture, drive collaboration with business and operations, and mentor managers to scale the engineering function as the company expands in Europe and beyond.

Formación

• 5+ years leading engineering teams through growth.
• 5+ years hands-on Java development.
• Experience in supply chain, inventory, or logistics software.
• Fintech or regulated-industry background.

Responsabilidades

• Own the technical strategy and architecture for inventory and logistics tools.
• Lead an engineering org of approximately 25 engineers.
• Drive platformisation and data integrity across terminals.
• Define architecture standards, engineering processes and quality metrics.
• Collaborate with business and operational stakeholders to translate requirements into engineering solutions.
• Hire and mentor engineering managers and senior engineers to support growth to 30+.
