Moniepoint Inc. in Spain seeks a Head of Engineering, Sales & Marketing Tools to lead the evolution of MonieCRM and related marketing tech at scale.

You will guide a large engineering organization, ensuring platform reliability for 20M+ users and driving modernisation of critical systems such as payments, wallets and revenue streams. Strong backend skills in Java/Spring Boot and leadership experience are essential; fintech background is preferred.

Formación

• 10–15 years of software engineering experience with 5+ years leading engineering teams.
• 5+ years hands-on Java coding experience including Spring Boot.
• Experience managing managers and leading large engineering organizations.
• Proven platform engineering experience at scale with distributed systems.
• Background in fintech or payments is preferred.
• CRM or SalesTech domain experience is not required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead modernization of MonieCRM and related platforms to scale.
• Ensure reliability and performance for 20M+ users in a fast-growing network.
• Oversee wallets, commissions, payouts, and ledgers within the platform.
