Moniepoint Inc. in Spain is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead delivery across cross-functional teams, translating requirements into EPICs and actionable tasks. You will partner with PMs, UX, and engineers to refine backlogs, plan sprints, and uphold high engineering standards.

You’ll stay hands-on on critical initiatives, ensure robust monitoring, and drive data-informed decision making with SLIs/SLOs. A growth-focused, collaborative environment awaits.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 8-10 years of experience as a Software Developer/Engineer.
• 5+ years of strong experience building production systems using Java and Spring Boot.
• Minimum 3 years of proven engineering leadership experience.
• Solid grasp of Agile methodologies, including sprint planning.
• Ability to translate complex product requirements into EPICs, user stories, and tasks.
• Hands-on capability to debug production issues and lead incident response.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional alignment.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end delivery across cross-functional teams.
• Translate requirements into EPICs and technical user stories.
• Collaborate with PMs, UX Designers, and Engineers to groom backlog.
• Plan and drive sprint execution with defined goals and milestones.
• Champion engineering processes, accountability, and team efficiency.
• Monitor velocity and capacity to optimize resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and stakeholder alignment.
• Stay hands-on in critical initiatives; guide design decisions and reviews.
• Ensure monitoring, alerts, and observability meet SLIs/SLOs.
• Publish post-release product metrics with PMs.
