Paul Hartmann is seeking an Head of Supply Chain Spain to lead end-to-end Customer Operations and Logistics across the country, driving excellence and digital transformation.

You will oversee Customer Service, Order Management, Warehousing and Transportation, ensuring reliable service, strong KPI performance, and collaboration with global teams. Fluent English and Spanish are required; experience in healthcare or related industries is a plus.

Formación

• University degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Customer Service, Order Management, Warehousing and Transportation across Spain.
• Monitor and improve KPIs including OTIF, service level, productivity and logistics costs.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Planning and Global Supply Chain teams.
• Lead operational excellence and continuous improvement programs.
• Manage logistics partners and support network optimization initiatives.
• Support implementation of automation and AI-driven operational improvements.

As Head of Supply Chain Spain you will lead end-to-end Customer Operations and Logistics across Spain, driving excellence and digital transformation.
