You will guide architectural decisions and lead multiple teams through managers as you scale the platform for multi‑currency, international use.

The role requires 10+ years in software engineering, 5+ years in leadership, and deep fintech payments expertise to align technology with business goals.

Formación

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years in engineering leadership roles.
• Experience in payments/fintech or financial services.
• Experience managing managers and leading engineering organizations.
• Deep knowledge of API‑first products and developer platforms.
• Proven ability to lead high‑throughput, distributed systems.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full technical strategy, architecture and roadmap for the Monnify platform across all capability areas.
• Lead multiple engineering teams through engineering managers, setting quality standards.
• Own the developer experience end‑to‑end (APIs, docs, SDKs).
• Drive platform evolution to multi‑currency and international scalability.
• Ensure platform reliability, security and compliance in a regulated environment.
• Mentor and hire engineering managers and senior engineers to support growth.
