About the Role
We are looking for a hands‑on operations professional to manage and optimize our spare parts warehouse operations in Spain. This role serves as the operational hub connecting global branches, after‑sales teams, and logistics partners — ensuring parts availability, order accuracy, and supply chain efficiency across the region.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operations Planning & Core Operations
- - Drive monthly and annual overseas spare parts operation plans; decompose business targets into actionable milestones and track full-cycle execution.
- - Deliver and report on core operations including inventory turnover, parts availability rate, order fulfillment rate, and on‑time delivery performance.
2. Order Management & Warehouse Operations
- - Own end-to‑end spare parts order processing: order verification, inventory allocation, picking/packing coordination, and delivery tracking.
- - Standardize warehouse workflows (receiving, put‑away, picking, packing, shipping) to ensure accurate, on‑time, and complete order delivery with full closed‑loop process management.
- - Oversee daily warehouse operations, maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
3. Stakeholder Coordination & Issue Resolution
- - Act as the primary operational contact for global overseas branches, ensuring timely response to orders, inquiries, and escalations.
- - Partner closely with overseas after‑sales teams to identify operational bottlenecks in ordering, inventory allocation, and logistics.
- - Resolve order exceptions, operational disruptions, and service complaints; implement standardized corrective actions to continuously elevate global after‑sales service quality.
4. Data‑Driven Inventory Optimization
- - Leverage multi‑dimensional data (warehouse inventory levels, installed machine base, parts failure rates, historical order trends, seasonality) to optimize demand forecasting and replenishment strategies.
- - Continuously refine inventory structure, reduce stock backlog and obsolescence, and improve overall inventory efficiency and cost performance.
5. Supply Chain Collaboration
- - Collaborate with overseas manufacturing sites and third‑party logistics (3PL) providers to monitor production schedules, shipment status, and inbound timelines.
- - Optimize cross‑border supply chain coordination to ensure stability, efficiency, and cost‑effectiveness in spare parts distribution.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration or related fields.
- At least 4 years of professional experience in spare parts operation, global warehouse management, cross‑border order operations or after‑sales supply chain.
- Solid understanding of cross‑border spare parts end‑to‑eap supply chain and warehouse operation mechanisms.
- Have data analysis and forecasting capabilities to support inventory optimization.
- Proficient in advanced Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
- Familiar with Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) processes and financial risk control.
- Fluent in written and spoken English for independent global business communication and alignment.
- Cross‑functional and cross‑department collaboration skills to align internal teams, overseas factories and external vendors.
What We Offer
- - Opportunity to shape and optimize overseas spare parts operations in a growing global business.
- - Dynamic, multicultural working environment with exposure to global stakeholders.
- - Competitive compensation and benefits package.
- - Career development opportunities within a multinational organization
