Super in Madrid seeks a Director of Engineering to shape the technical vision for the Manage - Identity, Fraud & CS tribe and the broader engineering org. You will lead cross‑functional teams and scale high‑performing engineering practices across Europe.

You will own roadmaps, mentor managers, and partner with Product, Design and Marketing to deliver scalable, reliable platforms with measurable impact. A proactive, technically fluent leader is essential.

Formación

• 15+ years in software engineering or related roles.
• 8+ years leading an engineering team with managers.
• BST in CS/Data Science/ML or 11+ years exp alternative.

Responsabilidades

• Define strategy and vision for Manage tribe and org.
• Grow and build multiple engineering teams across disciplines.
• Own technical roadmaps and drive engineering excellence.
• Provide people management support and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with Product/Marketing/Design to drive outcomes.
