Moniepoint Inc. is seeking an Engineering Manager in Spain to lead cross-functional teams, translating product requirements into actionable tasks and driving timely deliveries. You will balance technical leadership with product delivery, maintain high design standards, and ensure observable, well-structured systems.

You should have 8+ years in software development, 3+ years in leadership, and strong Java/Spring Boot experience, plus Agile fluency and a focus on reliability and metrics.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years as a software developer/engineer or similar role.
• 5+ years building production systems with Java and Spring Boot.
• Minimum 3 years leadership experience managing high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and sprint planning.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end delivery across cross-functional teams and ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Translate business requirements into EPICs and technical user stories.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Engineers to refine backlog.
• Plan and drive sprint execution with clear timelines and milestones.
• Guide design decisions and ensure high engineering quality across services.
• Maintain monitoring, SLIs/SLOs, and post-release metrics with Product Managers.
