Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Head of People based in Spain to lead a modern, fully remote HR function for a fast-growing, international business.

You will guide talent acquisition, organizational development, and employee experience across 15+ countries, balancing scalable HR practices with preserving diverse team cultures. The role emphasizes AI-enabled services and strategic people initiatives.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of HR experience at HRBP level or equivalent.
• Experience supporting fast-growing international organizations and acquisitions is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems and technology to create distributed employee experiences.
• Experience across UK, Europe, and North America employment matters.

Responsibilities

• Represent and reinforce values and culture across all HR practices.
• Lead the People agenda and advise employees, managers, and leadership.
• Build a scalable, AI-enabled People service.
• Improve recruitment to attract talent across a creator economy.
• Partner with leaders on succession planning and talent development.
• Design culture-building initiatives for distributed teams.
• Develop lifecycle processes including performance reviews and learning.
• Ensure compliant onboarding for acquisitions and integration.
• Develop DEI initiatives across jurisdictions.
• Review and adapt HR policies to local laws.
• Ensure compliance across countries and time zones.
• Utilize HR tech to improve efficiency.
• Support integration of acquired teams while respecting culture.
• Manage HRIS and international employment solutions.
