Job summary

Hapimag Resort in Palma, Mallorca, seeks an experienced Food & Beverage leader to oversee three F&B areas with a focus on budgeting, quality and service excellence. You will lead a team, recruit and develop talent while maintaining HACCP standards in a fast-paced resort environment.

You will report to Resort Management and Corporate Food & Beverage Manager and play a key role in maintaining Hapimag’s service quality across European destinations.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in hotel industry.
• Good knowledge of hygiene and HACCP standards.
• Proficiency with standard software/IT tools.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and controlling.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Reliable, self-driven and goal-oriented work style.

Responsibilities

• Take strategic and operational leadership of three F&B areas with financial control.
• Motivate, develop, and lead a team of ~15 employees; recruit and review performance.
• Coordinate daily kitchen workflows for smooth operations.
• Create and refine recipes; standardize processes and ensure high food quality.
• Ensure HACCP compliance and cleaning protocols are documented.
• Work hands-on with the team and support recruitment via Resort Management.
