Job summary

Bikini Hotel Es Trenc in Mallorca seeks an experienced F&B Manager to lead a 35+ person team and own the day-to-day operations across restaurant and bar outlets. You will work closely with the Head Chef and supervisors to ensure top service standards and seamless collaboration with hotel operations.

Responsibilities include staffing, budgeting, forecasting, and implementing Bikini and NENI concepts. A hands-on leader who can drive profitability and guest satisfaction is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in F&B management, ideally within hotels or high-volume operations.
• Experience leading large F&B teams and supervising middle-management.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Solid understanding of budgets, forecasts, costs, and KPIs.
• Experience with staff scheduling and holiday planning.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for day-to-day F&B operations across all areas.
• Lead and develop a 35+ F&B team, coordinating with supervisors and the Head Chef.
• Plan staffing, holidays and resources according to occupancy and events.
• Ensure Bikini and NENI standards are implemented consistently.
• Own the department budget, monitor costs and identify revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with Purchasing and Head Chef on stock control and costs.
