Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra Mallorca is seeking an experienced F&B Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations, supervise the service team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a luxury setting.

You will lead, train and develop staff, maintain high standards of service and hygiene, coordinate front-of-house and kitchen teams, manage shift planning, and uphold MO’s renowned quality and guest-centric approach.

Qualifications

• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 2–3 years’ experience in luxury hospitality or similar role.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams in Food & Beverage.

Responsibilities

• Leading and supporting the team to ensure smooth, guest-focused service across all outlets.
• Providing guidance, feedback, and training to develop team skills and performance.
• Delivering attentive, professional service and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Maintaining excellent product knowledge and promoting food, beverage, and service offerings.
• Upholding Mandarin Oriental’s high standards of service, hygiene, and cleanliness.
• Ensuring accurate accounting and adherence to operational procedures.
• Taking ownership of problem-solving and supporting the team in daily challenges.
• Stepping in for Restaurant Management when needed and prioritizing personal performance and development.
