Sani/Ikos Group is seeking a Front Office Agent for our Spain locations (Estepona/Mallorca) on a 7-month assignment. You’ll manage guest check‑in/out, provide personalized service, handle reservations, and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure a seamless stay.

Fluency in English and a second language (Russian, German or French) is required, along with computer literacy and knowledge of Opera or Fidelio. A Hospitality or Tourism degree is preferred; compensation includes growth opportunities and

Rooms Division: Front Office Agent

Duration: 7 months, between March-November

At Sani/Ikos Group, the Front Office department plays a pivotal role in guest experiences. Our Front Office Team orchestrates unforgettable holiday experiences with seamless check-ins, personalized recommendations, and world-class service.

Whether as a Front Office and Guest Relations Agent or an e-Concierge team member, guest interaction is at the heart of what we do.

Responsibilities:

Guest Check-In/Out: Handle guest check-in and check-out efficiently and professionally.

Guest Service: Provide information, answer inquiries, and assist guests with any special requests.

Reservations: Manage bookings, cancellations, and room allocations accurately.

Cash Handling: Process payments, issue invoices, and handle cash or card transactions securely.

Coordination: Communicate effectively with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth guest experience.

About you

You have proven experience in a relevant position, preferably in a 5-star resort or hotel environment. You are fluent in English, as well as a second language (Russian, German, or French). You possess computer literacy and knowledge of hospitality software such as Opera or Fidelio. You hold a degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism. Finally, you demonstrate strong communicative, interpersonal, managerial, and problem‑solving skills.
