Aethos Mallorca is seeking a Receptionist to support the Front Office Manager, welcome guests, manage reservations, and handle inquiries. You'll assist with daily front desk operations, including greeting guests, processing payments, and coordinating with other departments to ensure a smooth stay.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with additional languages a plus. This on-site role in Mallorca offers upsell opportunities and a dynamic team environment focused on hospitality excellence.

Formación

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer-focused role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in team management and delegation.
• Strong time management, organisational, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication in English and Spanish; other languages a plus.
• Proficient with hotel property management systems.
• Cash handling experience and knowledge of banking procedures.
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Check guests in and out courteously, verifying payment methods and updating guest profiles.
• Greet guests and provide an outstanding level of service, informing them of hotel facilities and services.
• Handle reservations made online or via telephone and manage room assignments.
• Perform front desk administrative duties, including answering phone calls and coordinating with other departments.
• Support the Front Office Manager in daily operations and maximizing room occupancy using upselling techniques.
• Provide guidance to Receptionists and ensure smooth front desk operations.
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and efficiently.
• Coordinate transport and other guest services as requested.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with hotel policies, including banking and payment procedures.
• Stay informed about hotel room categories, rates, packages, promotions, and market trends.
• Assist other departments as needed to enhance guest experience.
