Sani/Ikos Group in Estepona, Spain, is seeking a Front Office and Guest Relations Agent for a 7-month seasonal assignment. You will greet guests, handle inquiries, assist VIP arrivals, and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service.

The ideal candidate speaks fluent English and a second language (Russian, German, or French), has hospitality software knowledge such as Opera or Fidelio, and holds a Hospitality or Tourism degree.

Whether as a Front Office and Guest Relations Agent or an e-Concierge team member, guest interaction is at the heart of what we do.

Responsibilities:

Guest Welcome: Greet guests warmly on arrival and ensure they feel valued throughout their stay.

Guest Support: Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.

VIP Service: Assist with VIP arrivals, room arrangements, and personalized touches.

Coordination: Communicate guest needs and preferences to relevant departments to ensure seamless service.

Feedback: Collect guest feedback and follow up to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.

Standards: Maintain lobby and guest areas in line with hotel presentation and service standards.

About you

You have proven experience in a relevant position, preferably in a 5-star resort or hotel environment. You are fluent in English, as well as a second language (Russian, German, or French). You possess computer literacy and knowledge of hospitality software such as Opera or Fidelio. You hold a degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism. Finally, you demonstrate strong communicative, interpersonal, managerial, and problem-solving skills.
