Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra Mallorca seeks a Guest Relations Agent to engage with guests throughout their stay, identify preferences, and ensure a memorable experience.

You will coordinate with departments, update guest profiles in the PMS, prepare personalized arrivals letters, and conduct courtesy calls for long-stay guests and celebrations, while maintaining grooming standards and professionalism.

About The Job

Based at Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca, you will be responsible for engaging with guests throughout their stay, identifying their preferences and ensuring a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate guest preferences with all relevant departments to ensure seamless service.
• Monitor and update guest profiles in the PMS system, ensuring accurate records of preferences and past experiences.
• Prepare personalized letters for guest arrivals.
• Conduct courtesy calls to long‑stay guests and those celebrating special occasions, ensuring exceptional experiences.
• Maintain an extremely high standard of personal hygiene, behaviour, and grooming standards.
• Perform any other reasonable duties required by the Guest Relations Manager.

Experience and Education

• Previous experience in the same role is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Effective communication skills in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus).
• Willingness and flexibility to work in shifts (day, afternoon, and night).
• Well‑groomed appearance, adhering to the hotel’s grooming standards.
• Basic IT skills, with proficiency in Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), and hotel management systems such as HMS, Opera, Fidelio, or similar PMS.
