Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca invites applications for a Spa Attendant to join our Spa & Wellness team. Based at Mallorca’s waterfront property, you will enlighten guests on body treatments and massage techniques while customizing treatments to guest requirements and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness.

• Keep spa areas, treatment rooms, lounges, changing rooms, wet areas, fitness area and reception impeccably clean and presented.
• Ensure high-traffic areas remain pristine, refreshing towels and amenities promptly.
• Restock and sanitise changing rooms and wet areas; provide fresh robes, slippers and essentials.
• Monitor spa facilities and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Assist with deep cleaning routines and seasonal maintenance.
• Maintain serene atmosphere and safeguard guest privacy at all times.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards with care.
• Assist spa team by preparing treatment spaces, replenishing supplies and welcoming guests.

About The Job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca, the Spa Attendant will be responsible for enlightening the guests on various body treatments, massage techniques, and spa services and for customising the massage treatments as per the guest’s requirements.

As Spa Attendant, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Keeping all spa areas impeccably clean and beautifully presented, including treatment rooms, relaxation lounges, changing rooms, wet areas, the fitness area, and reception.
• Ensuring high-traffic areas remain pristine, refreshing towels and amenities discreetly and promptly.
• Restocking and sanitising changing rooms and wet areas so guests always find fresh robes, slippers, and essentials.
• Monitoring the condition of spa facilities and reporting any maintenance or safety issues right away.
• Supporting deeper cleaning routines and seasonal maintenance to preserve the spa’s long-term quality.
• Maintaining a serene and respectful atmosphere, safeguarding guest privacy at all times.
• Following hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards with care and consistency.
• Assisting the spa team by preparing treatment spaces, replenishing supplies, and welcoming guests with warm, attentive service.

As Spa Attendant, We Expect From You

Experience and education

• Previous experience in a spa, wellness, housekeeping, or luxury hospitality environment is desirable.
• A strong service mindset, with the ability to anticipate guest needs and maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Technical Skills

• Fluency in English; Spanish or other languages would be an advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail and a consistent focus on hygiene, cleanliness, and guest comfort.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• A warm, discreet, and professional approach when interacting with guests and colleagues.
• Good organisation skills, with the ability to manage tasks efficiently in a calm and busy spa environment.
• A genuine interest in wellness and in creating a serene, welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
