Princess Cruises is seeking a Rooms Division Supervisor aboard The Seven Seas Group in Spain. You will oversee housekeeping across guest and teammate areas, drive QA standards, perform daily inspections, and lead a team to deliver exceptional service on board.

The role requires at least two years in a supervisory housekeeping role within premium hospitality, strong knowledge of public health regulations, and fluent English.

Formación

• Two years of housekeeping supervisory experience in a premium hospitality environment.
• Clear understanding of Public Health and environmental requirements for servicing public areas.
• Ability to be proactive in the department with minimal supervision.
• Excellent command of English, verbal and written.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures standards of housekeeping and related services in guest and teammate areas are upheld.
• Co-owns and monitors housekeeping performance via QA strategy and standards.
• Performs daily inspections for cleanliness, sanitization, and readiness of areas.
• Uses OCEAN Hospitality and GuestView tools to deliver personalized service.
• Responsible for housekeeping operation in guest and teammate areas and rooms.
• Monitors guest feedback and service platform to identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensures guest group activities meet standards and timelines.
• Communicates furnishing needs to Rooms Division leadership.
• Exceeds targets by fostering a guest- and teammate-centric culture.
• Utilizes Princess MedallionClass products and services to enhance guest engagement.
• Enforces accountability for Service Excellence platform and philosophy.
• Delivers timely, effective, personalized resolutions to guest inquiries.
• Collaborates with ship leadership to share best practices.
