Job summary

Silversea is seeking a Front Office Supervisor aboard one of its luxury ships, based in Europe. The role requires 2-3 years of shipboard front office experience and excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus as you will interact with guests and crew from diverse backgrounds.

• Required 2–3 years of shipboard front office experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with high-quality guest services and personalized assistance.
• Respond promptly to requests, inquiries and complaints to guests’ satisfaction.
• Maintain communication with Hotel Director and other departments aboard.
• Coordinate, organize and supervise front office operations.
• Demonstrate knowledge of ship facilities, ports of call and services.
• Organize and lead training sessions for reception team to develop skills.
