Job summary

Speakit in Málaga is seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Agent. You will assist German customers via multiple channels, help with reservations, and provide information to answer inquiries.

Requirements include native or bilingual German, advanced English (C1), and residence in Málaga or relocation. A permanent contract and relocation support are provided, with 39 hours per week and on-site training at our Málaga center.

Qualifications

• Residence in Malaga (or nearby) or willing to relocate to this city.
• Customer Service or accommodation experience is valuable.
• Candidates must have the valid documents to work in Spain (NIE, Social Security Number).

To become a German Speaking Customer Service Agent, you would need:
