Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Barcelona is seeking a guest services associate to answer guest questions, take reservations, and provide information on amenities, services, and local activities. You will coordinate special requests and liaise with relevant departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest questions and follow up to ensure requests are met.
• Take and confirm reservations and cancellations; provide information on amenities and local activities.
• Arrange or arrange for special services (spa, transportation, babysitting, etc.) and coordinate with departments.
• Collaborate with management to improve department performance and ensure tasks meet quality standards.
• Greet guests according to standards, maintain professionalism, and protect guest privacy and company assets.
• Support team, maintain excellent written and spoken communication, and uphold service standards.
