Six Senses Quexigal Palace in Spain seeks a Guest Experience Maker to deliver personalised service, coordinate guest requests and upsell experiences across the resort.

You will manage guest profiles, liaise with departments, and ensure VIP treatment, wellness experiences, and seamless welcome from arrival to departure. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with a passion for hospitality and proactive problem solving.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience preferred.
• Technical skills include MS Office and hotel systems such as POS, PMS and CRM.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Valid work eligibility for Spain.

Aufgaben

• Check guest profiles, preferences and history prior to arrival.
• Notify concerned departments of upcoming guest arrivals and preferences.
• Coordinate transfers and assist guests with arrivals and departures.
• Prepare arrival amenities and personalized welcome items.
• Offer welcome drinks and escort guests during the stay when required.
• Upsell resort facilities and experiences including spa and restaurants.
• Maintain knowledge of fire safety and emergency procedures.
• Record guest information in Daily What's Up Report and PMS.
