Job summary

Six Senses Quexigal Palace in Spain seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to translate our vision into flawless service. You will oversee daily operations, uphold Six Senses standards, and lead a team of hosts to deliver exceptional room presentation.

You will train staff, coordinate with other departments, monitor cleanliness, safety and guest requests, and drive continuous improvements while maintaining resource efficiency and sustainability values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years’ experience in a similar hotel setting.
• MS Office and hotel systems (POS, PMS, CRM) knowledge.
• Fluent English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and orientation of new hosts and conduct regular sessions.
• Demonstrate and guide hosts per established procedures and standards.
• Maintain communication with other departments for smooth operations.
• Monitor arrivals and occupancy reports with housekeeping and laundry.
• Supervise and inspect areas for cleanliness and presentation.
• Ensure hosts have tools and resources to perform duties.
• Coordinate removal of furniture and fixtures for cleaning.
• Inspect corridors and spaces for cleanliness and safety.
• Report irregularities or security concerns promptly.
• Label and store Lost and Found items according to procedures.
• Issue and monitor room keys with proper control.
• Respond to guest requests and feedback regarding Housekeeping.
• Schedule and monitor deep-cleaning projects as required.
