Six Senses Quexigal Palace is seeking a Guest Experience Maker (GEM) to elevate guest journeys with personalized service, proactive communication, and meticulous attention to detail. You will coordinate arrivals, preferences, amenities, and VIP experiences while upholding Six Senses standards.

The role requires fluency in English and Spanish, a hospitality background, and strong MS Office skills to manage guest profiles and daily reports.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred.
• Experience in hotel operations; guest service background required.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Check guest profiles and history prior to arrival.
• Notify departments of upcoming arrivals and guest preferences.
• Coordinate transfers and assist guests with transfers.
• Prepare arrival amenities and welcome drinks.
• Upsell resort facilities and experiences.
• Maintain knowledge of safety procedures and evacuation exits.
• Record guest information in Daily What's Up Report and PMS.
• Handle guest complaints and follow up to resolution.
