Job summary

Six Senses Quexigal Palace is seeking a Front Office Receptionist to deliver exceptional guest experiences and seamless service. You will manage check-in/check-out, upsell rooms and experiences, and coordinate with departments to ensure a memorable stay.

The role requires fluency in English and Spanish, a hospitality mindset, and the ability to work flexible shifts across mornings, evenings, and weekends within a luxury resort environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hospitality diploma or degree preferred.
• 1 year experience in hotel operations beneficial.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and conduct check-in and registration procedures efficiently and in a friendly manner.
• Welcome guests with warmth and guide them through the guest journey for a seamless stay.
• Promote resort experiences and upsell rooms, dining, and wellness offerings.
• Handle cashier duties, maintain accurate cash reports and balance sheets during shifts.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth guest services and timely information.
