Job summary

Six Senses Quexigal Palace seeks a Front Office Receptionist to deliver ultra-luxury service, greet guests, manage check-in/out, and uphold Six Senses standards. You will collaborate with Resort teams, promote experiences, and maintain accurate cash handling and reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1-year experience in a similar hotel operation.
• Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with POS, PMS, and CRM hotel systems.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Valid Spanish Work Permit or EU citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, perform check-in and registration efficiently and warmly.
• Welcome guests and maintain a personalized guest journey throughout their stay.
• Promote Six Senses experiences and upsell options to enhance revenue.
• Handle cash transactions, currency exchanges, and cashier duties with accurate reporting.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth guest services and experiences.
• Attend meetings and training sessions as required by management.
• Check guest profiles and anticipate guest needs for a seamless arrival.
