Dandy is transforming the massive and antiquated dental industry with a focus on modernizing GTM systems across Europe. We are hiring a Business Systems Lead to own Salesforce and the broader GTM stack end-to-end for European teams, collaborating with Revenue Operations and GTM groups to turn business priorities into scalable tech solutions.

You will drive pipeline, quote-to-contract speed, data quality, and explore AI-powered automations to reduce manual tasks and accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• 6-9 years in Business Systems, CRM Operations or RevOps roles.
• Deep, hands-on Salesforce experience; design, build and maintain complex configuration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary GTM Systems partner for Europe, turning business priorities into well-scoped requirements.
• Design and build scalable solutions in Salesforce and across the GTM stack to improve pipeline generation and quote-to-contract speed.
• Triage and prioritize requests, separating system issues from process/training issues and align priorities.
• Keep Salesforce org healthy as we scale by reducing technical debt and improving data quality.
