Factorial, founded in Barcelona, is seeking a GTM Operations Manager to run the system behind our go-to-market engine across Marketing, Inbound and Outbound, including the HubSpot stack, lead routing, and the reporting that shows what's working and what isn't.

You will design inbound/outbound lead assignment, lead a team of 4, collaborate with country teams, and turn data into decisions while applying AI for enrichment, qualification, and call summaries.

Formación

• Able to interpret data and identify performance gaps.
• Hands-on with marketing tech stack and CRM workflows.
• Experience managing small cross-market teams.
• Familiar with AI-driven GTM initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Run the end-to-end GTM stack (HubSpot Marketing and Sales, plus the automations around it, such as n8n) and keep it reliable, with minimal failures.
• Design and maintain inbound and outbound lead assignment: routing rules, round-robin logic and SLAs.
• Lead a team of 4: set priorities, unblock their work and raise the bar on how they work.
• Work with country teams to balance a strong global strategy with local market needs.
• Turn data into decisions: spot what's breaking or underperforming, and come with the fix.
• Put AI to work across GTM, for example lead enrichment, automated qualification and call summaries, and measure the impact.
