Workflows.io is seeking a GTM Manager to own 9-12 client accounts and lead a small GTM engineering team. You will review campaigns, manage Clay tables, HubSpot setups, and copywriting, while maintaining close client relationships.

You will drive project strategy, coach engineers, and collaborate with leadership in a remote-first environment that values ownership, detail, and hard work.

Formación

• 3+ years in GTM Engineering, RevOps, or senior outbound roles in a high-velocity SaaS company or agency.
• Strong knowledge of Clay; able to build complex enrichments and debug tables.
• Good knowledge of HubSpot — properties, workflows, lists, pipelines, dashboards.
• Fluent in English; able to lead client calls and coach teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own 9-12 client accounts across Outbound, RevOps and ABM.
• Lead weekly client calls with a clear agenda and decisions.
• Review deliverables before client delivery and QA for accuracy.
• Distribute work across 3 GTM Engineers based on capacity and priority.
• Coach team with weekly internal meetings and bi-weekly 1:1s.
