Valley is seeking a DFY Manager to own a portfolio of client workspaces and ensure the outbound engine runs smoothly, continuously improving copy, targeting, and system repeatability.

You will onboard new clients, translate goals into live campaigns, build and replenish quality lead lists, craft client-specific writing styles, compile weekly performance reporting, and lead the DFY account management team to hit outreach targets across accounts.

Formación

• Own onboarding end to end and extract ICP, personas, titles, geography, positioning, proof points, exclusions, and offer details from each new client.
• Build high-quality ICP-fit prospect lists and replenish lists to ensure continuous supply.
• Create client-specific writing styles and outreach copy for multiple channels.
• Own full campaign inventory per workspace and run A/B tests with proper pacing.
• Track reply classifications and surface insights to drive meetings and conversions.
• Compile weekly and monthly performance reports and explain the story behind the numbers.

Responsabilidades

• Onboarding end to end for new clients, set up workspace and structure, align on expectations.
• Generate and replenish lead lists to maintain activity across accounts.
• Develop and adjust writing styles and messaging to match client voice and optimize conversions.
• Create and manage campaigns, set pacing, timing, follow-ups, and re-engagement.
• Monitor replies, flag priorities, and accelerate prospects to client meetings.
• Prepare weekly performance reports, highlight blockers, and propose optimisations.
• Maintain proactive client communication and manage shared-outcome expectations.
• Lead and balance the DFY account management team across multiple clients.
