EngineersOfAI is seeking a Marketing Analytics Engineer to build robust data foundations for data-driven decision making and growth. You will work with marketing data scientists, analysts, and the wider data community to develop pipelines and models that optimize marketing programs.

You will design clean data models, develop scalable data products, and improve workflows while maintaining robust pipelines and BI infrastructure.

Formación

• Bachelor's or master's in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
• 2+ years as Analytics Engineer, Data Engineer, or Software Engineer in Marketing/MarTech.
• Strong SQL and Python for data manipulation and automation.
• Experience with ETL/ELT processes and tools (Airflow, dbt, Fivetran).
• Proven experience with data visualization tools (Metabase, Tableau, Looker).
• Strong business acumen and ability to tie data to business problems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Clean Data Models to create a centralized, reliable data source for marketing data.
• Build Data Products with version control, CI, testing, and documentation for scalable pipelines.
• Improve Workflow Efficiency by optimizing data processes for analysts and business users.
• Maintain Scalable Pipelines to ensure data availability and reliability.
• System Troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve pipeline issues.
• BI Infrastructure Support to manage data models in BI tools and drive reporting.
• Collaborative Ideation with marketing, analysts, and data scientists to align data strategies with campaigns.
