Alan is hiring a GM Associate for Spain, based in Barcelona or Madrid with remote flexibility. You will support the General Manager on top business priorities, unlock growth, align on strategy, and build new internal and external processes.

You’ll work on high-value tasks across governance, growth, branding, strategy, product, talent acquisition and team events. You will grow under senior Alaners’ guidance and gain exposure to multiple strategic topics essential to Alan’s success, within a

Formación

• 3–7 years of experience in strategy, operations or consulting.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Spanish; all company communications are in English.

Responsabilidades

• Corporate & Governance: support board packs, market research and Monthly Business Reviews.
• Growth: assist marketing initiatives and partnerships.
• Brand & Communication: develop the Corporate brand at events and write newsletters.
• Strategy: analyze markets, build growth models and strategic plans.
• Product: identify and explore strategic product opportunities.
• Talent Acquisition: source and recruit the best team.
• Team: organize off-sites and key bonding events.
