Alan is hiring a GM Associate to support the General Manager for Spain. You will help unlock growth, align on strategy, and build processes internally and externally.

You will work on high-value tasks across Corporate & Governance, Growth, Brand, Strategy, Product, Talent Acquisition and Team coordination. You will be involved in projects like fundraising coordination, health service exploration, and regional market analyses, with Senior Alaners mentoring your growth.

Formación

• 3-7 years of experience in strategy, operations or consulting.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Spanish; all communications in English.
• Sharp analytical thinking; ability to break down problems and justify solutions.
• Business sense and ownership; make good calls even under uncertainty.
• Strong execution; drive projects and rally others.
• Versatility to switch between topics without losing impact.
• Autonomy and rigor; own projects end to end.
• Clear communication and proactive problem solving.
• Growth mindset; actively seek feedback and improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Support the GM of Spain on top business priorities and growth initiatives.
• Contribute to governance, market research, and key meetings preparation.
• Assist in marketing initiatives, partnerships, and brand activities.
• Contribute to strategic vision, market screening, and business analyses.
• Identify and explore strategic product opportunities.
• Source and recruit the best talent for the team.
• Coordinate Spanish off-site events and team bonding.
