Scorp is seeking a dedicated partnerships professional to identify, recruit, and onboard Ukrainian market agencies and agents from its Barcelona office. You will build strong partner relationships, guide agencies in streamer recruitment and management, and monitor performance to drive growth on a global live-streaming platform.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in agency management, strong negotiation skills, and fluency in Ukrainian and English.

Formación

Experience in agency management, including partner acquisition and performance tracking.
Strong communication and negotiation skills for partner onboarding.
Good understanding of the Ukrainian market and audience preferences.

Responsabilidades

Identify, recruit, and onboard agencies and agents in the Ukrainian market.
Build and maintain relationships with agency partners to support growth.
Guide agencies in recruiting, managing, and supporting streamers.
Monitor agency performance, analyse metrics, and develop improvement plans.
Support agencies with campaign ideas, platform updates, and engagement strategies.
Research the Ukrainian market to identify potential partners and growth opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to address agency needs and improve their experience on the platform.
