Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate or performance marketing.
• Strong knowledge of CPA, RevShare and CPM payout models.
• Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms and tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and manage new affiliates and media buyers.
• Identify and close CPA, RevShare, and CPM deals.
• Negotiate terms and build long-term partnerships.
• Monitor and optimize affiliate performance to maximize ROI.
• Analyze traffic quality and detect fraud patterns.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align strategy.
• Deliver reporting to stakeholders and drive growth.
