Deel is seeking a Growth Marketing Science Lead to architect a data-driven Test and Learn ecosystem that optimizes paid marketing across channels. You will design an accelerated experimentation roadmap, provide strategic briefs, and uncover hidden growth levers using advanced attribution and data infrastructure.

The role emphasizes collaboration with analytics engineering, leveraging Snowflake via dbt, and staying ahead with alpha/beta ad platform features to drive scale in a global SaaS

Formación

• : 5+ years in a Data Analytics or Growth Marketing role, ideally within a high-spend B2B environment.
• : Proficiency in SQL, Looker, Snowflake or comparable stack.
• : Deep understanding of experimentation methodology, sample size calculation, p-values and confidence intervals.
• : Familiarity with the B2B sales funnel
• : A growth mindset - curious and eager to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Experimentation Roadmap: Design and lead a high-velocity A/B and multivariate testing roadmap across channels, campaign types, ad creatives and audience segments.
• Strategic Guidance: Serve as the strategic pulse for the Paid Marketing team with data-backed briefs.
• Opportunity Discovery: Mine data for untapped growth levers and propose business cases for expansion.
• Platform Alpha & Best Practices: Stay at the bleeding edge of ad platform capabilities; test alpha/beta features to stay ahead of benchmarks.
• Advanced Attribution: Refine multi-touch attribution models to measure incremental impact of non-linear B2B journeys.
• Marketing Data Infrastructure: Partner with Analytics Engineering to build scalable data models in Snowflake via dbt and present performance metrics.
