Deel, a leading global payroll and HR platform, seeks a Senior Demand Generation Manager to own demand strategy and go-to-market for emerging product lines. You will drive full-funnel demand, collaborate with Sales, Growth Marketing, and Regional Teams, and build a world-class, AI-powered demand machine for new products entering the market.

You will report to Growth leadership, operate with high autonomy, and be accountable for demand strategy and pipeline velocity.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing (SaaS/tech preferred).
• Proven ability to drive pipeline and revenue at scale using data-driven methods.
• Strong forecasting, analytics, and optimization across channels.

Responsabilidades

• Own quarterly demand strategy and growth targets with cross-functional teams.
• Scale non-paid channels and test new channels using AI tools.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and regional teams to optimize funnel and pipeline.
