Preply is building a talented Data Team to empower decision-making across our organization. You’ll design and analyze A/B tests for Organic and Paid Marketing, write SQL to extract complex datasets, and help automate statistical frameworks for CRM experimentation.

You’ll partner with Marketing, Product, and Tech Leads, dive into data sources, and refine Looker dashboards to improve reporting clarity. Strong quantitative background and English communication are essential.

Formación

• Strong quantitative background and mathematical/statistical rigor.
• Solid SQL skills; Python is a plus.
• Good understanding of statistics (hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, power analysis).

Responsabilidades

• Support design and analysis of A/B tests across Organic and Paid Marketing.
• Calculate MDEs, power analyses, and interpret experiment results.
• Help automate statistical frameworks for CRM experimentation.
• Pull and reconcile data from marketing networks (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.).
• Compare external network reporting with internal performance data.
• Investigate discrepancies in tracking, attribution, and conversion reporting.
• Support channel managers in understanding performance drivers and measurement gaps.
• Write SQL queries to extract and structure complex marketing datasets.
• Dive deep into marketing data sources to identify growth opportunities.
• Support ad hoc analysis and adjust Looker dashboards to improve reporting clarity.
