Fever in Madrid is seeking a Growth Analytics Sr analyst to be the analytical backbone of Secret Media Network. You will own data pipelines and dashboards, translating data into actionable growth strategies.

You will design experiments, uncover opportunities, and build AI-assisted workflows, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business impact while maintaining data quality and governance.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's in STEM fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in a Data Analyst / Analytics / BI role in fast-paced, digital-first environment.
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on with modern data stacks (dbt or equivalent, cloud data warehouses).
• Experience building and maintaining dashboards (Looker, Tableau, or Metabase).
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to automate or accelerate analytics work.
• Curious, business-minded analyst who asks why and what we should do about it.
• Experience designing or analyzing A/B tests is a plus.
• Comfort with ambiguity and turning messy questions into clear analysis.
• Proficient in written and spoken English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own and maintain the data pipelines and dashboards powering the team's reporting.
• Ensure a single, consistent definition of core metrics across the team.
• Design and run experiments to identify drivers of better performance and translate results into recommendations.
• Proactively surface growth opportunities from data beyond what you are asked.
• Translate analysis into tangible business impact.
• Design data definitions and pipelines to prevent issues and enable scalable analytics.
• Set and enforce data quality, documentation, and access standards.
• Use AI tools to speed up and scale analysis; develop AI-assisted workflows.
• Partner with automation and tooling teams to streamline processes.
• Stay current on AI-powered analytics tooling and apply relevant insights.
• Act as the go-to data partner for cross-functional teams and present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
