Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing to lead acquisition, retention, and reactivation for a digital storefront across Africa and the Middle East. This remote-first role blends strategic ownership of paid budgets with high-impact CRM and lifecycle marketing, driving revenue growth through data-informed decisions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in growth/performance marketing within gaming or digital commerce.
• Proven paid acquisition at scale with CRM/lifecycle programs affecting CAC/ROAS.
• Turn quarterly growth strategies into actionable execution.
• Strong analytics with MMP experience (AppsFlyer/Adjust) and reporting.
• Experience designing experiments, attribution, and incrementality.
• Ownership mindset with commercial accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own paid user acquisition across major networks, managing CAC/ROAS targets.
• Develop CRM and lifecycle marketing across onboarding, retention, and reactivation.
• Manage multi-channel lifecycle communications (push, email, SMS, WhatsApp).
• Lead app store optimization and improve storefront conversion to first purchase.
• Allocate budgets across markets, games, and channels based on unit economics.
• Collaborate with Data to measure attribution, incrementality, and campaign effectiveness.
• Establish a rapid experimentation program across channels and creative formats.
• Lead and develop paid acquisition and creative experts; set briefs and tests.
• Partner with market/game-title owners, Product, and Data to execute campaigns.
• Monitor metrics, identify growth opportunities, and adjust strategies for profitability.
• Balance long-term growth with hands-on execution and performance analysis.
