Job summary

Pentasia is seeking a senior Growth Marketing Manager based in Ceuta to lead CRO, marketing analytics and personalization for a major i-gaming operator. You will optimize funnels, analyze user behavior and run data-driven experiments to lift activation and value.

Collaborating with CRM and Product, you will tailor journeys, build dashboards and track trends, with a hybrid setup offering one day per week in the Ceuta office.

Responsibilities

• Lead the conversion optimization strategy across the funnel (registration, validation, first deposit, activation, and repeat purchases).
• Analyze user behavior to detect friction and churn and define initiatives to improve conversion, activation, engagement, and customer value.
• Functionally lead marketing analytics; prioritize analyses aligned with business objectives and ensure dashboards and reporting quality.
• Drive personalization with CRM and Product; identify advanced segmentation opportunities and improve customer journeys and touchpoints.
• Conduct benchmarking of CRO, UX, and Growth trends; propose new optimization tools and methodologies.
